We operate on an appointment policy so we can make sure each client gets the time and attention that they deserve and to prevent unnecessary wait times in the waiting room. We ask that you call for an appointment a few days in advance of your desired time so we can adequately prepare. If you cannot make your schedule appointment for whatever reason, please let us know as soon as possible so we can open your slot to another pet that needs care.
If your pet is having an emergency please call us so that we can direct you on your next steps. If we think your situation requires immediate attention, you will be referred to an emergency clinic or we will take care of you if we are able to take care of your pets' needs.
During your visit to Fairview Heights and O’Fallon animal clinic, we kindly ask that you keep all cats inside carriers and all dogs on a non-retractable or locked leash for the safety of other patients and staff. Please inform the front desk staff during check-in if you are aware of any biting or other behavioral issues. If you are concerned about a contagious disease, let us know and we will take proper precautions to keep everyone at the clinic safe.
