What To Expect When Visiting Our Clinic

At your first visit at our hospital, we will ask you to complete a New Client Form so we can get information about you and your pet. We have canine and feline specific forms so we can best get to know your furry friend. We also ask for a Patient History Form, as well as a Senior Pet Questionnaire for our senior patients.

We will then complete a comprehensive physical exam to get a complete picture of your pet’s health. Depending on findings from the exam and information from the forms, we might recommend vaccines, additional testing, or blood work. Feel free to ask our team any questions or concerns during the exam.

Make sure to bring previous medical records to your first appointment so we have a clear picture of your pet’s overall health. Be sure to arrive a little early to your first appointment so we have plenty of time to fill out all the paperwork and get to know you and your pet.
